Public Hearings are held in the City of Deerfield Beach for the approval of the various items that are reviewed by the Development Review Committee (DRC). The location of all boards is in the City Commission Chambers located at 150 N.E. 2nd Avenue. All meetings dates are subject to change. Applicants are expected to be present at all meetings which apply to their application.
Community Appearance Board – 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the Month – 7:00 p.m. The Community Appearance Board is a recommendatory board which reviews and provides suggestion on the exterior aesthetics, and signage, for multi-family, commercial, and industrial properties in the City.
