RESURFACING, RESTORATION and REHABILITATION (RRR) PROJECT
State Road (SR) 811/Dixie Highway from North of SR 834/Sample Road to South of SR 810/Hillsboro Boulevard
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Four, will conduct a public meeting for the above referenced project within the City of Deerfield Beach. This public meeting will be offered virtually and in-person. The virtual presentation will take place on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. and will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Deerfield Beach-Boca Raton located at 100 Fairway Drive, Deerfield Beach, Florida 33441. Followed by a question-and-answer session. The in-person public meeting will take place on Thursday, February 9, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., and will have representatives available to answer questions. Project information will be available for public viewing. Questions and comments may be submitted prior to the meeting by emailing the Project Manager. PROJECT PURPOSE:
The Resurfacing, Restoration and Rehabilitation (RRR) project will extend the service life of the pavement, enhance roadway safety, and improve operating characteristics of the corridor.
The public meeting will be offered virtually and in-person.
The virtual public meeting will take place on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. and will consist of a formal presentation followed by an open discussion. The in-person public meeting will follow an open house format and will take place on Thursday, February 9, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Deerfield Beach-Boca Raton located at
100 Fairway Drive, Deerfield Beach, Florida 33441. Staff will be available to answer questions and provide assistance.
During the virtual public meeting, comments and questions will be answered in the order received. If your question is not answered during the event, a response will be provided in writing following the meeting.
