Call Center Announces New COVID-19 Hotline Hours

The Broward County COVID-19 Hotline and Business Complaint line will have new operating hours, effective Tuesday, January 12. The new hours will be Monday through Friday, 8AM - 6PM, and Saturday and Sunday 8AM -12PM.

Residents wishing to submit requests for service and/or report a COVID-19 business violation can do so 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by visiting the website or mobile app,

Residents are reminded that the COVID-19 Hotline cannot provide test results. Please call the Florida Department of Health at 954-412-7300 option 1, or refer to the packet given to you at your collection site for results. The 311 Call Center, which provides information on county services, is open Monday through Friday, 8:30AM -5PM.

The Homeless Helpline (954-563-4357) will continue to operate Monday through Friday, 8AM - 6PM, and Saturday and Sunday 8AM -12PM.
