Flood Damage Survey

After recent events, residents and businesses have alerted the city to stormwater damage sustained during Tropical Storm ETA.  The City is partnering with the County to be considered for a Small Business Administration (SBA) declaration to aid long-term recovery assistance.  In order for the county to be considered for an SBA declaration and disaster assistance, we must report at least 25 homes or businesses with uninsured losses of 40% or more. The City is requesting your assistance to determine eligibility for these recovery efforts.

If you sustained damage due to Tropical Storm ETA, please complete the following survey https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/XP92VFD.   This survey will remain available through November 30, 2020.

Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact Environmental Services at 954.480.4270.
