The curriculum is designed to provide practical and effective self-defense techniques and tips to help teens stay safe in today's world. Classes are instructed by Tim Robertson, COBRA Defense FTL. Must wear athletic wear and close toe shoes. Parent must sign waiver at first class. If you would like to complete the waiver beforehand email Lderoseney@deerfield-beach.com
