Are you struggling with anger? Do you experience anger and sometimes don’t understand why? Come join us on February 24^th, 2023 to discuss the topic “What Lies Underneath? : A Workshop Dedicated to Learning ways to cope with Anger. During this group, we will create “Anger Volcanoes” to help illustrate what triggers anger, how it explodes, and ways to cope with angry feelings including relaxation skills, distraction skills, and grounding skills.

This workshop is for youth in middle and high school. Space limited to 25 students. Registration required at www.dfb.city/registration
