Nutrition Educator Liz Lewis from UF-IFAS Broward County Extension, Family Nutrition Program will have six lessons in 2022! The topics for each lesson are:
Eat From Every Food Group Every Day, Eat a Variety of Color Fruits, Eat a Variety of Color Vegetables, Choose Grains as Often as You Can, Compare Food Labels to make Healthier Choices: Snacks and Compare Food Labels to Make Healthier Choices: Beverages!
Must be a Teen Center member to attend and RSVP by Friday, December 31, 2021.
If you do not have a membership please call the Teen Center at 954-571-4568 to schedule a tour with staff. A parent/guardian must be present with youth and complete the application. The membership is free.
