Highlands Community Center

The Highlands Community Center is a 2,400 square foot community center on the redesigned 1.61 acre of land now named Highlands Park. The center hosts a variety of recreational programs, specialty camps, after-school programs and adult classes. Call the center for more information on special programs and much more, (954) 429-1847.

The Center's hours of operation:
Mon – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sat. & Sun: Rentals ONLY
The park itself is open from sunrise to sundown.

This facility is available for rentals during the week and weekends. It is available to rent in 4-hour time blocks on weekends or hourly on weekdays. Saturday time blocks include 8:00am – 12:00pm; 1:00pm – 5:00pm; 6:00pm – 10:00pm. Sunday time blocks include 8:00am – 12:00pm; 1:00pm – 5:00pm. Rentals may be for more than one 4-hour time block as long as the facility is available.

*To receive this rate you must bring proof of residency such as a bill mailed to you at your Deerfield Beach residence, in addition to your drivers license.

A $150.00 deposit fee will be added to the total cost of your rental. The deposit will be returned if the facility is left clean, returned to the original condition and vacated by the designated time on the permit. Facility must be booked at least 2 weeks prior to rental date and no more than 6 months in advance.

Checks will only be accepted for payment 5 weeks prior to rental date. Other forms of payment include credit card, cash and money orders.

Alcoholic beverages and/or gambling in any form is not allowed on City property.
