Pier Entrance Redesign Project
This project is funded by and coordinated through the Deerfield Beach Community Redevelopment Agency.

This project involves the redesign of the buildings located adjacent to the Deerfield Beach International Fishing Pier. Current facilities include a pier entry facility and a restaurant space. The scope of the project allows for replacement of the existing pier entry facility, as well as a new restaurant space, restrooms, and other site improvements. The new structures are to be designed to utilize sustainable concepts and a flexible module throughout the design.

The design and development phase of this project is currently underway. Construction is expected to begin in the fall of 2010.
