 Census 2010

Get ready for Census 2010

Census forms will be mailed to every household in March 2010 and Census Day is April 1, 2010. With the Census on the horizon, the City of Deerfield Beach and the U.S. Census Bureau want to ensure that everyone is counted.

Why is the Census important to Deerfield Beach?
Federal and state governments use census data to allocate billions of dollars in funding for local community programs, including funding for education, public safety, housing and community development, libraries, transportation, roads and bridges, job training, health care and other human services. These funds flow to the communities with the most complete count.

For more information about the 2010 Census, visit the 2010 Census website or call 800-923-8282.
