Customer Service is a division of the Management and Budget Department, responsible for billing all utility customers, establishing accounts for new customers and for responding to the information requests of citizens and staff. This division is supported by the utility fund operations.

Forms of Payment
The City of Deerfield Beach accepts personal/business checks, cash, money orders, travelers' checks, and wire transfers for payment. The city also offers payment online by credit card. Additionally, customers can sign up for automatic payments from a checking account. 

How to Pay your Utility Bill
Pay in person at the cashier window in the main lobby at City Hall, 150 NE 2nd Avenue, from  8 AM-5 PM, Monday through Friday. For our customers' convenience, after-hours payments may be placed in the City's drop-box, located at the SE entrance to City Hall.

Sign up for an automatic checking account payment

Pay online with a credit card or bank card. The system is unavailable each day from 12:30 AM-3:30 AM for maintenance.
