Community Appearance Board
Duties/Responsibilities
Review and decide on exterior aesthetics of multi-family, commercial and industrial properties

Membership requirement:

  • Either a resident or have a business in the City
  • At least one (1) Florida registered architect
  • At least one (1) Florida registered landscape architect
  • At least one (1) sign contractor

Remaining members must be either:

  • A Florida registered professional engineer
  • A Florida licensed general contractor
  • An urban planner
  • Possess a Fine Arts degree

Membership makeup: 
5 members - 1 from each District, 1 at large
5 alternates - 1 from each District, 1 at large

Financial Disclosure Statement: REQUIRED

Meetings:
2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, 7:00 p.m. in City Commission Chambers, City Hall
