First Time Homebuyer Program
PLEASE NOTE: The application period for this year's First Time Homebuyer Program closed on March 31, 2010.
The First Time Homebuyer Program assists very low to moderate-income homebuyers with the purchase of existing or newly constructed family homes located in Deerfield Beach. The objective of this program is to provide assistance to first time homebuyers. Assistance is provided through a five-year, no interest allocation, which is forgiven if the applicant occupies the property as the primary residence for five years from the date of closing.
